Rates
My standard in-home hourly rate for all PC repair and support is $85, with a one hour minimum and a three hour maximum. If you prefer to bring your computer directly to me, my hourly rate is only $65. After the first hour, time is calculated using 15 minute increments. A detailed cost estimate will be provided before any work is performed. The standard hourly rate applies to my normal office hours, which are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Most jobs can be completed in just one business day!
I am also available for rush jobs and emergencies after hours and on Sunday for an additional 25% fee. All services must be paid for upon completion. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Remember, if I can't fix it, it's free!
Free travel is provided to all of the cities included in my service area. If you are located outside of my regular service area, an additional travel fee will apply.
